This is the worlds largest single day sporting event. As you can imagine the traffic and parking can be very stressful to navigate. We will take care of that while you sit back and relax and enjoy this monumental day. Get your camera ready to take in all the memories! We will get you there!
Here are some details you will need:
*This is NOT a Shuttle service, it will depart & return only once at specific times*
- Shuttle departs Hotel: between 7-7:30am with a Police Escort (specifics will be updated as soon as possible). Please plan to meet the coordinator in the lobby to check-in.
- The location where the Bus parks at the Track is the same place it will be all day, so if you get tired or need a break, feel free to make your way back to the Bus.
- Bus departs: the Indianapolis Motor Speedway no later than 1 hour after the Checkered Flag (or as soon as everyone is accounted for) please don't be later than 1 hour after the Checkered flag, we can't wait.
- We will email you updates and suggestions as the event nears

Details in summary:
- Check-in with the coordinator in the lobby at 6:50am
- Bus service will depart Conrad, meet Police Escort and arrive at IMS, where it will stay parked for the day
- As soon as all guests are accounted for, or 1 hour after the checkered flag, the Bus will depart IMS for Conrad (there is not an Escort available for the return trip per City of Indpls)
